My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The hotel had many good aspects, such as a great location and overall positive experience. However, there were significant issues with the room, service, and dining that affected my overall stay.

The room assigned to me was next to the lifts, resulting in constant noise. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues, lack of key cards, and other inconveniences, which marred the experience. I would recommend the hotel, but definitely not room 302.

The staff were unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns initially, but I was eventually assisted by Gemma, who improved my experience by resolving some of the issues we faced. The service ultimately improved after the initial setbacks.
